张慧得知情况后大受打击，体育好在闺蜜——号称上海撒娇女王的阮美（谢依霖饰）出手相救，体育还找来了长江以南最强撒娇天团相助，誓要教张慧训练为撒娇达人，夺回真爱长女玫瑰（刘若英饰）几经努力，运动终于获得前往太空站工作的机会，不过与她搭档的竟然是早已分手的恋人迈克（郭富城饰）。
